Wonderful used on Greek Pita Bread heated up with Oil and then sprinkled with Za'atar, served with Hommus.
Great also sprinkled on meats and then BBQ, to roast veggies and also sprinkle on eggs. The uses are limitless!
Great for the family BBQ, or for the kids to create on rosemary sticks, wooden skewers or roll into meat balls.
Also a tip is to add half a cup of potato flour to the mince and this will lighten the meatball for a perfect texture.
