Yellow Chicken Curry


Family favourite utilising 13 herbs.

Just add 1kg of chicken thighs, coconut milk and your favourite Asian vegetables.

A meal the whole family can enjoy, especially when you are sick of making separate meals for the toddles.

Incorporates lots of flavour with a "very" mild heat. I like to add extra chilli. Use chicken breasts for a quick meal served with Jasmine rice.

Can also be used in fish or vegetables.

Freezes Well.
