Indian Curry


Mild chili tomato based dish. Utilise 1kg of stewing lamb, beef or chicken thighs.

By simply adding a tin of tomatoes and greek yoghurt you will create the base for a great Indian curry. I like to add a little extra chilli to warm things up.

If made in the slow cooker while you are at work for the day, the meat will fall apart & taste delicious for when you come home. All you need to do is pour a red!

Great served with basmati rice and pappadams.
