Healing Soup Mix
A combination of Fennel Seeds, Peppercorns, Fenugreek, Cloves, Star Anise, Cinnamon stick and bayleaves.
Place into 3 litres of water and add chopped Onion, carrot and celery and bring to a simmer.
Add chicken legs or beef bones and simmer for 1 hr. Remove meat from stock and put aside. Strain through a sieve and return stock to stove with meat. Add salt to taste then and add your favourite veggies.
For added healing add sliced fresh turmeric and ginger.
